Work World LLC, also known as Work World Jobs (hereinafter, “Work World Jobs”), a company duly incorporated under the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America, with its registered office at 1826 Asheville Place, Charlotte, NC 28203, USA, provides a professional link and advisory service between employers and candidates interested in migrating through a valid job offer, and guarantees the provision of the following services described in this Service Warranty Policy:

1. Services guaranteed by Work World Jobs
  1. Free job interviews for all applicants.
  2. Job offer and/or contract free of charge and in a comprehensible language, with free translation if needed.
  3. Advisory on relocation conditions: housing, transportation, utilities, and related costs.
  4. Relocation services, subject to the program type (housing support, airport pickup, workplace transport, etc.).
  5. Advisory on visa processes: requirements, estimated processing times, and approximate costs.
  6. Guidance on complementary expenses: airfare, travel insurance, personal expenses, etc.
  7. Detailed explanation of all stages of the migration process.
  8. Informative and non-binding advisory: candidates may verify information with official sources.
2. Warranty limitations and liability exclusions
  1. Work World Jobs cannot guarantee the issuance of a visa, nor be responsible for consular or immigration fees.
  2. Work World Jobs cannot guarantee admission to the destination country; responsibility lies with immigration authorities.
  3. Candidates acknowledge being informed about eligibility requirements and agree to comply with them.
3. Transparency and candidate rights
  1. Candidates canceling after payment may request a detailed breakdown of incurred expenses.
  2. Once documents are delivered and the process is ready to begin, WWJ’s advisory services are deemed fulfilled.
  3. After migration, all employment matters are the responsibility of the worker and employer only.
  4. All post-arrival expenses (housing, transport, permits, renewals, etc.) are solely the candidate’s responsibility.
4. Final statement and acceptance

The candidate declares to have fully read, understood, and accepted this Service Warranty Policy, and acknowledges that Work World Jobs is not responsible for the outcome of governmental, consular, or employer decisions, nor for consequences beyond its control. Furthermore, the candidate recognizes that the scope of Work World Jobs’ services is limited strictly to orientation, advisory, and liaison.

Between:

The candidate (“Candidate”) and Work World LLC (d.b.a. Work World Jobs, “WWJ”), with registered office at 1826 Asheville Place, Charlotte, NC 28203, USA.

1. Application Process:
  1. Attending job interviews and receiving a job contract does not generate any cost. Recruitment services and job offers, as well as hiring processes, are free of charge for candidates applying through Work World Jobs (www.workworldjobs.com).
  2. Fees collected through this website are on behalf of third parties and correspond to professional immigration processing services, translations, legalizations, apostille of documents, as well as consulting and/or relocation services in the destination country, travel insurance, and others, as applicable.
2. Work Permit Processing and Relocation

Once the candidate is hired, the employer in Schengen territory will begin the work permit application process. According to government requirements, the worker must have adequate accommodation in the Schengen country during and after the application process.

3. Processing Times:
  1. The work permit application process takes between 45 and 150 days, as determined by the competent authorities.
  2. The work permit is necessary to process a Work Visa and to enter Poland or the Czech Republic.
  3. Work World Jobs commits to delivering the work permit once issued by Polish or Czech authorities and guiding employees in their visa application process, according to their profile.
  4. WWJ will provide status updates but cannot influence resolution times.
  5. Once the Candidate receives the work permit, they must settle any outstanding balance owed to Work World Jobs.
4. Candidate’s Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a valid passport throughout the entire process.
  2. Submit all documents required for the work permit, visa, and entry into the destination country, and demonstrate sufficient financial means.
  3. Timely process required translations and legalizations (e.g., academic certificates, police records, birth or marriage certificates, etc.).
  4. Be in good physical and mental health.
  5. Provide truthful, authentic, and complete information. Any false, altered, omitted, or inaccurate information is the sole responsibility of the Candidate.
  6. Have no legal or migratory restrictions preventing departure and resolve any impediments in advance.
  7. Maintain migratory eligibility at all times.
  8. Be prepared to answer migration officers’ questions and present all required documentation and financial means at Schengen borders.
5. Validity of Work Permit:

The permit is normally valid for one year. If it expires before the process is completed, the Candidate may request renewal and is responsible for paying applicable official fees.

6. WWJ’s Obligations:
  1. Job placement and permits: WWJ commits to securing the Candidate’s placement in a job in Poland or Czech Republic, including obtaining the work permit, and, if necessary, assisting with employer or country changes (subject to potential additional costs).
  2. Relocation services: WWJ will support the Candidate’s relocation, including provision of housing and logistical assistance, according to employer policies.

WWJ will not be responsible for costs, procedures, legal changes, or external factors, including employer or government decisions.

7. Limitation of Guarantees:
  1. WWJ does not guarantee visa or work permit approvals, as these are the sole responsibility of the authorities. Rejections or delays do not constitute breach of contract or liability for WWJ.
  2. Admission at a port of entry is a sovereign decision of immigration authorities; WWJ has no control or responsibility over such decisions.
  3. Any denial, delay, or condition imposed does not constitute breach of contract or generate liability for WWJ.
8. Costs and Fees:
  1. Flight costs, government fees, consular fees, medical exams, travel insurance, translations, legalizations, and any other required services are the responsibility of the Candidate and non-refundable by WWJ.
  2. The Candidate may choose their own providers for visa services, airlines, translations, insurance, etc.
  3. WWJ does not accept cash payments; payments must be made online or through authorized offices.
  4. If someone charges fees in the name of WWJ beyond published rates, please report it to info@workworldjobs.com.
  5. Once the Candidate receives their work permit, they must settle any remaining balance owed to WWJ.
9. Candidate’s Rights:

The Candidate acknowledges having received complete information on industry type, salary, work hours, contract duration, accommodation, transportation, visa processing stages, and has read and accepted the employment contract before starting the program.

10. Data Protection:

The Candidate authorizes WWJ to collect, store, and process personal data and documents related to the migration, employment, and relocation process in accordance with applicable laws. WWJ commits to confidentiality and security of all provided information.

11. Scope of WWJ:
  1. Fulfillment of advisory services: Once the Candidate receives all necessary documents and is ready to begin migration, WWJ’s advisory role is deemed satisfactorily completed.
  2. Post-migration responsibility: Once the Candidate migrates and begins employment, all employment matters are between worker and employer only.
12. Acceptance:

The Candidate acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions as well as the associated refund policy.

1. General Provisions

Work World Jobs LLC (“WWJ”) connects candidates with job opportunities in Poland, Czech Republic, and other Schengen countries. This Refund Policy regulates payments made by the Candidate to WWJ for professional services, consulting, migration management, translations, legalizations, apostilles, relocation, travel insurance, and other related services. Job offers and contracts are free of charge. However, once hired and an offer or contract is issued, the Candidate must pay for the above services.

Payments made directly to government portals, consulates, or third-party providers are not revenues of WWJ and are not refundable under any circumstances.

2. Definitions
  • Amount Paid: amount paid by the Candidate to WWJ for professional services.
  • Work Permit: authorization issued by the destination country’s authorities allowing the Candidate to work legally.
  • Reasons Attributable to the Candidate: false documents, criminal records, known medical ineligibilities, omission of relevant information, or failure to meet requirements.
  • Reasons Not Attributable to the Candidate: discretionary authority decisions, administrative closures, regulatory changes, or sovereign decisions.
3. Full Refund

The Candidate is entitled to a full refund of the Amount Paid only if:

  1. Cancellation and refund request is made within 24 hours of payment.
  2. The job offer or contract is canceled by the employer before migration begins.
  3. The Candidate has not received or signed the Terms & Conditions, presuming they were not properly informed.

A Terms & Conditions document is considered duly signed when at least one of the following applies:

  1. The Candidate’s signature matches their official ID.
  2. The document is signed in the presence of an authorized WWJ representative.
  3. The Candidate receives a digital certificate validating their e-signature.

Outside these cases, no refund applies under any circumstances.

4. No-Refund Policy

Except as stated in Section 3, the Candidate expressly waives any right to partial or total refunds. Visa denial, inadmissibility at a port of entry, or voluntary withdrawal from the program after the first 24 hours are not valid grounds for refunds.

5. Refund Request Procedure (when applicable)
  1. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@workworldjobs.com.
  2. The Legal Department of WWJ will contact the Candidate.
  3. The Candidate must appear in person at WWJ or an authorized representative’s office, sign the release form, and provide bank details.
  4. Refund processing time is up to 120 calendar days from approval.
6. Admission at Port of Entry

Admission at the destination country or a third-country port of entry is the sovereign and discretionary power of migration authorities. WWJ assumes no responsibility for denials, delays, or conditions imposed, as they do not constitute breach of contract.

7. Visa Approval

Neither WWJ nor its representatives guarantee visa approval. Decisions rest exclusively with consular and migration authorities. Denial, delays, or modifications do not constitute breach of contract or grounds for refunds.

8. Personal Data Processing

The Candidate agrees that personal data provided to WWJ will be handled confidentially, securely, and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Data will only be used for recruitment, visa, relocation, and associated services, and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts. The Candidate must read, understand, and accept the Terms & Conditions before accepting this policy.

The Candidate (“Candidate”) and Work World LLC (d.b.a. Work World Jobs, “WWJ”), with registered office at 1826 Asheville Place, Charlotte, NC 28203, USA.

  3. Timely process all required translations and legalizations (e.g., diplomas, police certificates, birth or marriage certificates).
  4. Be in good physical and mental health.
  5. Provide truthful, authentic, and complete information. Any false, altered, omitted, or inaccurate information is the sole responsibility of the Candidate.
  6. Have no migratory or legal restrictions preventing departure and resolve any impediments in advance.
  7. Maintain migratory eligibility at all times.
  8. Be prepared to answer migration officers’ questions and present required documentation and proof of funds at Schengen borders.
5. Validity of the Work Permit:

The work permit is normally valid for one year. If it expires before completion, the Candidate may request renewal and must pay applicable official fees.

6. WWJ’s Obligations:
  1. Job placement and permits: WWJ commits to securing placement in Germany or Hungary, including the work permit, and if needed, facilitating employer or country changes (additional costs may apply).
  2. Relocation services: WWJ will support relocation, including provision of housing and initial logistical assistance, in line with employer conditions.

WWJ is not responsible for costs, procedures, legal changes, or external factors, including employer or government decisions.

7. Limitation of Guarantees:
  1. WWJ does not guarantee visa or work permit approval, as this is the sole responsibility of the authorities. Rejections or delays do not constitute breach of contract or liability for WWJ.

  2. If the job offer or employment contract is revoked or canceled by the employer before the migration process begins.
  3. If the Candidate does not receive or sign the program Terms & Conditions, presuming they were not properly informed.

A Terms & Conditions document is considered duly signed if:

  1. The Candidate’s signature matches their official ID.
  2. The document is signed in the presence of an authorized WWJ representative.
  3. The Candidate receives a digital certificate validating their e-signature.

Outside of these scenarios, no refund applies under any circumstances.

Neither WWJ nor its representatives guarantee visa approval. Final decisions rest exclusively with consular and migration authorities. Denial, delay, or modification of the visa process does not constitute breach of contract or grounds for refunds.
