Refund Policy

 

Work World LLC is an international recruiting company that provides employers in the United States, Canada and some European countries with suitably qualified workers from Latin America and the Caribbean to fill job vacancies.

Recruitment services and provision of job offers, as well as hiring processes, are free of charge for candidates who apply through Work Word LLC or its Work World Jobs website (www.workworldjobs.com).

The fees charged through this website are collected in favor of third parties and correspond to immigration and/or relocation services in the destination country, as the case may be.

When the candidate makes a payment through Work World LLC or Work World Jobs, they are hiring an immigration or/and relocation service and must have already obtained an employment contract, or a job offer abroad, and have also received complete consulting service regarding their application process.

If the candidate wishes to cancel the application once the payment has been processed, they will be entitled to a refund in the following cases:

• If you cancel your request and request a refund within 48 hours after payment has been made.
• If your contract or job offer is canceled or revoked by your employer and you will no longer need to perform immigration or relocation services after payment has been made.

Work World Jobs services are non-refundable in the following cases:

• In case of rejection or denial of a visa or immigration benefit application in the applicant's country of origin.
• Due to rejections or denial derived from negligence on the part of the applicant himself.
• Due to delays in processing times (consular/government authorities).
• When the requested immigration or relocation process has begun.
• If you decide to cancel your application unilaterally after it has been submitted and 48 hours after its submission.
• If additional documentation is required and you do not provide it within the requested time, leading to the rejection or cancellation of your application.
• If the candidate is denied departure from his or her country of origin by the immigration authorities or the airline.
• If the hired candidate is returned or is inadmissible to enter the destination country.
